Brent deMoville, Ph.D., HCS Brent has nearly 20 years of experience in Human Capital management at companies like Johnson & Johnson and Allergan. His experience includes work as a Lean Six Sigma instructor and Master Black Belt; succession planning; and design work for executive leadership programs. Brent holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems. His approach to talent management recognizes that individuls are part of larger systems and effective intervention requires work at both the individual and system level.
